Who we share your information with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and security: WP Engine and Cloudflare, to host, run and protect our website
  • Consultation bookings: Calendly, to manage appointments you book with us
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
  • Business systems: e.g. Microsoft 365, CRM and accounting providers, to manage enquiries, quotations and invoices
  • Delivery and installation partners: carefully selected couriers and contractors, where needed to deliver your project

We share information between our UK and Irish offices where needed to deal with your enquiry or project. The UK and the EU recognise each other's data protection standards as adequate. Some of our providers, including Google and Calendly, may process data in the United States. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.

  • Customer, project and financial records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet tax and accounting requirements
  • Website analytics data: 14 months, in line with our Google Analytics settings

How we protect your information

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to personal information is limited to staff who need it to deal with enquiries and projects.
